Richard is a playwright, lyricist, and songwriter. His musicals include REALITY TRIP, LOVE STINGS and OKLAHOMA IN WISCONSIN (Northern Sky Theater), VIRTUAL HAPPY HOUR (Theater Resources Unlimited & Left Edge Theater), ANGEL OF PAINTED POST (Stephen Schwartz ASCAP Workshop), and L.A. CARMEN (L.A. Latino Theatre). Plays include HOUSEWARNING PARTY , HOLLYWOOD FOREVER, EVERYTHING MUST GO, NIGHT VISITOR, and DESIGNED 2B DELETED. His comedy song Mr. Whiskers was a semi-finalist in the International Songwriting Competition. Richard holds a degree from the USC School of Theater and is a member of the Dramatists Guild. RichardCastle.com

Matthew is an award-winning songwriter. His score for LOVE STINGS (his fourth musical with partner in rhyme, Richard Castle) premiered at Northern Sky Theater in 2022. Other shows include VIRTUAL HAPPY HOUR (TRU), OKLAHOMA IN WISCONSIN (Northern Sky) and ANGEL OF PAINTED POST (ASCAP Workshop). He wrote the music to Mr. Whiskers, a semi-finalist in the International Songwriting Competition. Matthew’s choral music has been performed on every continent, and his string quartet, “The Prophet of Shiraz” won the Louisa Stude Serofim Award at the University of Houston, where he received his undergraduate degree. He has collaborated with Grammy and Tony award-winning writers and is a member of ASCAP.
